LuckyHills Registration: What You'll Find in This Guide
Registering at LuckyHills takes less than 5 minutes, in three steps, with KYC verification usually completed within 2-24 hours. This LuckyHills 2026 guide covers the steps and the sign-up bonus.
How LuckyHills Registration Works: 3 Steps
Account creation is done through a single form, with the same flow on desktop and mobile PWA.
In step 1 you enter your email, username and password. The password requires at least 8 characters, including an uppercase letter and a digit. Use your real details, as they are checked during KYC; email is also used for account recovery.
In steps 2-3 you declare your full name, date of birth (18+ confirmation) and account currency. The currency cannot be changed after registration - check EUR availability. Personal details must match your KYC documents.
Who Can Register: Requirements and Rules
Registration is allowed to individuals aged 18+, with one account per person, household and IP. Duplicate accounts are closed with bonus winnings withheld, and VPN use is prohibited. KYC at withdrawal confirms age and identity.
KYC Verification: Documents, Timing and Process
KYC verification is mandatory before every withdrawal, under the Curaçao licence (OGL/2024/923/0383) and AML rules, and is usually completed within 2-24 hours.
For identity verification, the following are accepted: passport, driving licence and residence permit. Documents are submitted on both sides, valid for at least one month, with a clearly readable photo without glare or cropping.
| Document | Requirements |
|---|---|
| Passport | Both sides, validity 1+ month |
| Driving licence | Both sides, validity 1+ month |
| Selfie | Live capture with head turn |
Submission is done via Profile → Verification; JPEG, JPG, PNG and PDF files up to 10 MB are accepted. A live selfie with head turn is required, not a static photo. For cards: a photo showing the first 6 and last 4 digits.
Welcome Bonuses for New Players: What You Get After Registration
New players can claim 20 free spins without deposit, with a x40 wager and 7-day validity. These are followed by a 100% bonus on the first deposit and 200% on the second; the exact EUR limits are stated in the operator's terms. The x40 wager requires the amount to be played through 40 times; check the maximum bet and the deadline. The free spins are activated automatically or on request from your account.
LuckyHills Registration on Mobile: Play via PWA Without Downloading an App
LuckyHills operates as a PWA (Progressive Web App): register and play directly from the browser - no app download required. On Android, installation is done via Chrome (three-dot menu → Install App), on iPhone via Safari (Share → Add to Home Screen). The luckyhills pwa iphone option does not depend on the App Store, requires no APK files and updates automatically.
Caution: unofficial "LuckyHills" APK files from third-party sites carry a phishing risk - use only the official website.
Account Access: Login, Password and Troubleshooting
Login takes less than a minute via the Login button, using your email and password.
Common causes of login failure:
- Incorrect password: check your keyboard layout (Greek/English) and Caps Lock
- Outdated browser cache: clear your browsing history
- VPN: temporarily disable it
If you lose your password, Forgot Password sends a reset link to your email. Repeated failures may cause a temporary block - Live Chat resolves the issue after identity confirmation. Do not create a second account: it violates the rules.
Security, Licence and Responsible Gaming
The platform operates under a Curaçao licence - the number is verified in the website footer. SSL encryption protects personal data and KYC documents.
For players in Greece: the domestic market is regulated by the HGC, while LuckyHills operates under an offshore Curaçao licence - always check the URL before logging in. Responsible Gaming tools include deposit limits, cooling-off and self-exclusion.
